Having completed undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering and postgraduate studies in Strategic Business Management, he has also received expert-level training in dozens of management disciplines alongside his professional career, including management, strategy, productivity, quality, HR, lean manufacturing, and enterprise software.

With 20 years of professional experience as a senior executive at respected multinational and local companies, he has added value to the organizations he has worked for. In the companies where he held management positions, he assumed numerous administrative and technical responsibilities, particularly general business management, growth and business development, factory management, strategic management, strategic planning, corporate organization and human resources management, supply chain management, and design and engineering management.

Throughout his professional career, he has led significant improvements in many internal parameters across the management and implementation processes of the companies he worked with, particularly in strategic management and productivity, while also achieving measurable growth through the implementation of new projects. Especially in positions where he had the opportunity to implement Lean Management methodology, he led major improvements through the elimination of non-value-added processes and the establishment of operational excellence systems.

For the past 15 years, as a Business Coach / Management Consultant and Company Executive, he has had the privilege of contributing to the success of hundreds of companies by working with hundreds of top executives and managers, helping them achieve success along the axes of growth, profitability, and sustainability.
